I am so much more productive on Tuesday…

Once the fog of Monday has lifted, I am well on my way to a productive week beginning with Tuesday.

I think it’s a better day all-around.

So along with my positively cheery Tuesday-tude, here is list of things I’d like to accomplish this week.

I will try to hold myself accountable, but hey, nothing is ever set in stone:

Dinner Line-up:

Tonight: Leftovers!
Wednesday – split pea soup
Thursday – turkey tacos
Friday – Pizza — Mmmmm!!! I can honestly eat pizza every day but we save it for Friday nights along with the rest of the world.

(if by some chance DH drops in on this page, I’ll have to get waaaaay more creative with the menu)

People to call or visit:

Plumber – need to install water filter so I can stop buying bottled water. This is my earth-friendly activity.
Make 2 doc’s appts – one for me, one for Miss Smiley
Call carpenter for a price estimate on some shelves for a small storage space
Call my hairdresser – I need a trim STAT!
Visit my friend who is due any day now with her first baby!

Taking Miss Smiley for lots of walks when the weather breaks
Shortening my new living room curtains – Why don’t they make affordable and stylish curtains in 54″ lengths?? Huh? Yes, I am talking to you, JC Penney…and you too, Bed, Bath and Beyond…
Finish reading Between, Georgia
Catching the last few episodes of Gilmore Girls on ABC family (love this show and thank goodness for DVR)

Activities I am looking forward to this weekend:

Manicure/pedicure Saturday morning
My friend’s wedding Saturday night – watch out! This mama will actually get to dress up in nice shoes!!
March of Dimes Walk America on Sunday morning
And then a lazy Sunday afternoon… (I hope)

Please check back at the end of the week to see how much of this I actually get done and laugh at me if it is pitifully incomplete.

In fact, maybe I’ll ask DH to visit and check-up on my list too — he’ll actually hold me accountable!!!
